Local charges

A local stay fee of 25 CZK (1 EUR)/person will be added to the price on the spot for each started day of the stay, with the exception of the day of the start of the stay. The decree is based on § 14 of Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act on local fees"), and in accordance with § 10 letter d) and § 84 paragraph 2 letter h) Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on municipalities (municipal establishment).

Deposit payment instructions

  • A deposit of 50% of the price of the stay must be paid to a bank account,
  • the deposit must be paid within 5 working days of receiving the accommodation confirmation, otherwise the reservation is cancelled,
  • pay the additional payment to the account no later than 5 days before arrival,
  • to create a proof of payment (invoice), it is necessary to send customer data by e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the stay is canceled more than 14 days before its realization, the cancellation fee will not be charged and the deposit will be returned to the sender's account,
  • in case of cancellation 14 days or less before the realization of the stay, the full amount of the deposit for the stay (i.e. 50% of the price of the stay) will be charged as a cancellation fee,
  • in case of cancellation on the day of accommodation, 100% of the price of the stay will be charged.

Legal information

According to the Sales Registration Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer.
